For more than 70 years, MedSearch Corp. has been providing healthcare-specialized personnel placement. Since 1974, we have been family owned and operated, and we have no plans to change that.

You won't find a self-serve database on this web site, because we pride ourselves on the personalized and customized service we offer. We talk with each and every client and candidate personally, usually face-to-face, and most importantly, we listen. Placing a successful candidate in an available position is about much more than a job: it is about a successful partnership with a solid relationship at its foundation. The MedSearch Corp. Team: In 1974, Shirley Baker purchased the company that became MedSearch Corp. and began a family business that continues today with her daughter, Marcey Bolter Mastbaum, at the helm. Marcey and her mother developed relationships with countless doctors, dentists, human resources personnel, and candidates over the years as they worked side by side for more than three decades.

Today, Marcey is joined in the MedSearch Corp. offices by three other recruiting and placement specialists, with a total of more than 60+ years of experience among them.
